Every family dreams of buying their own house in a good society, and therefore we save our money for a long time, but after buying, if we find construction issues, so? This is what happened with residents of Gurugram.
Recently in Gurugram, the department of town and country planning, in short DTCP, along with district administration, has seen the panel of different agencies and finalized for carrying out structural audits of 18 residential societies where residential society saw some issues in construction and its poor quality.
According to Nishant Yadav (deputy commissioner), a letter of intent has been issued for all panel members, and residential societies will be assigned to consultants within a couple of days. He said in phase 1, they will submit a report at the end of the month on 18 residential projects with severe construction issues, and they will carry out the structure of it.
According to the terms, we will have to settle the issues of construction and quality. We must also understand that properties are safe for living in or can be made safe after some measures.
According to Amit magnolia-district town planner (enforcement), in the first phase consultant will accomplish visual inspections, and if some founds with serious issues will be tested more. On behalf of the inspection, further action, of course, will be decided, and the cost of the audit will be borne by the developer.
