The master plan 2041 of the Yamuna expressway industrial development authority will be ready in starting of august, ‘YEIDA’ has hired a private company to make the plan and they will be submitting their plan in the first week of independence month.
Mr. Arun Veer Singh the CEO of Yamuna authority said recently that there will be a discussion over the plan at the YEIDA board meeting, after that, it will be sent to the UP govt. for approval. But Mr. Arun didn’t share even a single point of the plan. He only that documents are still waiting to be submitted.
According to sources the Master plan has also included some other districts names like Mathura Bulandshahar Aligarh Agra and a few more, lands of these districts will be acquired, and the plan will define that these lands can be used for a purpose of residential commercial institutional, and environmental projects along the 165km long Yamuna expressway area.
The master plan 2041 is important in terms of application because the State government is going to develop the Noida international airport which will affect many projects which will come up in the area and give force to industrialization. Within a few years some of the projects are included with film city, logistical hub, and medical device park, these projects are very large and will create lots of employment for people.
In this are some more villages will be included by nearby. Authority said it can cover around 35% area as green color, Noida is a beautiful city and it is going to be more developed and beautiful.
Yeida’s tells area covers about 2689 square meters over 6 districts, in the area which has been included, there is a total population is 3.3 lakh, which has been projected to increase to 35 lakh by the year 2031 and 41.7 lakh by the year 2041.
